Yes I can replicate your reported problem with my simple WebInput sample.
In this case, to get “May” value, you could you use up / down arrow keyboard.

Thank you for your reply, but I still found that there are problems.

The year/month/day can not automatically jump for you provided method.

I hope that can automatically jump between the year, month, day, and month. 

The Month enter can be digital input as January 01, but I enter 11(November),the show is in Jan(January).
