Hello Jasmin,
I could not replicate your issue in here. I am sure that it is working fine. Please open our WebDesktop sample >> WebToolBar >> HandlingClientSideEvent.aspx. For ISRes.axd error, please ensure ISNet.dll, ISNet.WebUI.dll and ISNet.WebUI.Resources.dll exist in your project bin folder.
