I have a grid with 10 columns and 250 rows approximately. It is grouped by 1 column that has about 4 group headers in it. Any time I scroll the grid table, IE takes a long time (up to 10 seconds) to scroll around.
Using the UI Responsiveness tool in the Developer Toolbar, it seems to spend a lot of time in the IE Layout event (per the screenshot). It takes about 850ms per layout event to spin through the grid cells, etc.
Have you seen this with other projects/applications and is there a resolution?I prepared a sample. If you open this in IE it is really slow. Chrome seems to handle it okay.

Thanks Yudi - in case it helps, I'm running IE 11.0.9600.17538 with Update Versions 11.0.38 (KB3203621) on Windows 8.1. I have reproduced this issue across several PCs with Windows 8.1 and 10.

Can you provide an update on this? We are stuck at version 9 and cannot upgrade to version 10 without this resolved.
