I wanted to make a default selected row on the first record when the page load. I found there in a method on javascript that I can use, SelectRow(param1, param2). But it need two parameters, and I can't understand the parameters meaning. Could someone help me please.

You can use row object model to perform the selection. It's much easier, and more elegant.
Example:
var grid = ISGetObject("WebGrid1"); grid.RootTable.GetRow(0).Select();
