Retain expanded group after refresh Webgrid (using virtualload)

I have a webgrid with grouping and set as virtual load for 50 records. 

When first load, the webgrid will automatic load 50 records but i do not set expand to any group.

Then i expand the third group, which will load more record, let say from row 100-150. So now the webgrid loaded row 1-50 and 100-150.

Can i retain the third group as expanded after refresh the webgrid? How to expand back the third group using client script?

i am using WG7.
