I am unable to replicate the issue. Please try used our latest hotfixes (WebGrid and WebUIFramework). Currently WebGrid hotfixes 7.0.7200.402. Please let me know if the issue also persists after you applied the latest hotfix in your project bin folder.

Unfortunately I am 5 weeks away from a Beta release so changing the version of the components at this stage is not an option.

Are you able to try and replicate the issue using WebGrid version 7.0.7200.304 to see if you can reproduce the error. That way you would be able to tell me if there is a work around.

Actually, I could not find build 304 in our hotfix release. It seems this build version is included at our first release installer. I will try to test it in our tester server, but no guarantee that there is a workaround. Besides the build number is already too late.

I am able to replicate the issue in build 304. However, there is no workaround for that. If you want the fix, then you should use our latest hotfixes.
