Thank you for the details. Unfortunately, you could not do this.
It is created as design. We expect the hierarchical to be looked like tree view design.
When navigating to its child, it should put some indents.

I am afraid this is not possible. If you inspect the element, it is using table as the container. It would be difficult. Event if you can move it, it would mess up the layout.
