How do I hide a window using server side code vs client side java script? I have a standard asp.net wizard control on a page and when the user clicks finish, I need to make the window hide. Any body have a clue?

You can use ClientVisible as true/false to turn on/off the visibility.
e.g WebDesktopManager1.Windows.GetNamedItem("Window1").ClientVisible=false;
