It appears that all
ISWebDesktop:WebExplorerBarItem
are broken. When you click on one, it gives a Java error saying:
JavaScript runtime error: Unable to get property 'Enabled' of undefined or null reference
We desperately need a fix for this.
Hello,I apologize for any inconvenience this problem may have caused you.I tried to reproduce your issue on my local end, by running the WebExplorer sample.I run ObjectModel.aspx page, then I click on WebExplorerBarItem.But unfortunately, I can’t reproduce your issue on my end.Could you provide me a simplr runnable sample that replicates your issue?So I can help you to find the right solution.Thank you.Regards,Hans.
Hi
in both IE 10 and IE 11 this occurs. When you click on ISWebDesktop:WebExplorerBarItem you get the following error:
Its occuring in
if (v3a492.Enabled)
in your code.
i have an incredibly complex system, with master pages. I am not going to create a "simple" example. this worked fine in your last release, and is broken now.
It works fine in Firefox and Chrome, but doesnt work in IE10 or 11 in compactiblity mode. to say its our fault is wrong.
To be more exact, the error occurs in your code at:
SCRIPT5007: Unable to get property 'Enabled' of undefined or null reference ISRes.axd, line 7 character 24107
To clarify even more, this ONLY happens in IE10 and IE11, in compatibilty mode (which we require).
We suggest you to use IE browser in standard mode and try to avoid using compatibility mode.Could you please let us know any particular reasons why would you need to use IE in compatibility mode?
