webcombo - searchbutton gone missing after press

hi

first i searched for an answer and i know that docotype is a problem

i build a page using webcombo and i have masterpage with docotype and

the problem is that after pressing the searchbutton and the list dropdown

and i click outsite the webcombo i lost the search button .

is there quick fix for it.
