Found out that the users are using dual monitors, which means that it very likely is related to the problem described in troubleshooting guide "WebCombo's Dual Monitor Issue  8/25/2005"

So, you mean that the ResultBox is not showed up when click on DropDown button in DualMonitor? If yes, it is known issue. To solve this issue, please set 'ResultBoxWindowType' as normal.

Floating result window has always been one of WebCombo’s key advantages. WebCombo’s result box can be “float” outside its main window. Unfortunately, this feature caused issue in dual monitor, i.e. the result box is not displayed in the secondary monitor. To solve this issue, you need to set ResultBoxWindowType property to Normal.

*This issue only occurs in IE.

I have recently noticed this issue in our application and have applied the suggested fix. However, although the result box now shows on the dual monitor it also shows the status bar at the bottom. This is not shown on the primary monitor.

I have attached two files to demonstrate the issue.

Can anyone tell me how to get rid of the status bar. I have already tried using the Overflow-X = 'hidden' properties as well as the obvious StatusBoxVisible = false.

Using "Intersoft WebUI Studio 2009 R2" WebCombo versoin 4.0.7200 and setting
