Hi,
I am using Intersoft WebCombo as standard dropdown in various places in my application and I bind them to database result sets. I am facing a very serious issue in WebCombo dropdowns; they become empty when many users are logged in and data is refreshed in the database. I can understand if the WebCombo show the old data after database refresh due to caching, but to my surprise they become empty. If I reboot the server hosting my application than webcombo correctly shows the data.
Any suggestion or solution to this issue?

This issue should not happen in WebCombo as the combo works fine on my end.
Have you applied the latest hotfix for WebCombo?
Could you help me by providing a simple working sample that replicates this issue?
