It has been a long time that I've posted this query but I never got the answer which I needed, can you look into this thread once again and let me know if there is any feasible solution. The solution which was provided by you doesn't work in compatibility mode of IE, is there any work around for the issue?

Thanks,

Phanindra

Hello,

Thanks for the response, you might be not getting the error in your local because you might have the latest dll's and java script files on your end. I already tried using the Pseduo-element as you mentioned it works in non-compatibility mode but not in compatibility mode of IE

Can you please tell me is there any fix for the issue itself?

I still get the issue in the samples provided by intersoft which has latest of everything as you mentioned

I'm using WebGrid 10 (10.0.7200.24), WebInput 5 (5.0.7200.268), and WebUI.NET Framework 3.0 (3.0.5000.975).

And I still get the same error.

Thanks,
Phanindra

Hello,

I have the same issue and I was following the post, I tried running the code sample that is provided by you in compatibilty mode in IE11. I got the same error mentioned in the initial question, I also attached the error on my end in a image, and got this javascript error when the text in webinput is modified and focus is lost.

Any help with the regard would be great.

Thanks,

Phanindra.

I have a single webinput column in which values are filled based on the country selected,so if the country selected is USA then the webinput control should have one mask expression and if country selected is anything other than the USA I need to set up another mask expression for the same expression on the client side. Please notice that I cannot use 2 columns for my scenario and mask expression should changed based on the country selected in the combo box.

Thanks,

Thanks for the response, I used the function you provided in the aspx page, but still I'm able to see the Accept All Changes, I tried it doing within the launchreviewchanges, but innerDoc doesn't have defintion for gridId + "_btnAccept_f" .

Please Let me know where the change is to be made, if I include in the aspx page, the Review All changes screen is not yet loaded, so the there would be no buttonId.

So please make clear regarding the change and also the locatin of the change.

Thanks,

Hello Yudi,

Please Find The attached Image, I have no problem copy pasting using ctrl+c and ctrl+c in other controls like web text editor, WebCombo, the issue is only with the webinput while I'm using Display Format tag. Please Test ctrl+c and ctrl+v in the numeric input screen, which I mentioned in the image attached below.

And its not an issue with my keyboard, Only look into the sample feature screen which the same as the image attached below and continue to old samples, as it woks at other screens of the webinput sample. Only the screen that I attached in the Image has the mentioned problem.

Thanks,

Phanindra.

Thanks for the quick response, I had no problem copy pasting using the mouse. I'm having the problem when I'm trying to copy, paste using the keyboard controls "ctrl+c" and "ctrl+v".

http://live.intersoftsolutions.com/Default.aspx?path=/WebInput/Input%20Validation&url=cs/WebInput/DisplayFormatIsValidateOnChange.aspx       (Continue to old sample)

Select Numeric input formatting under the Featured samples.

You can find in live demo of the webinput, that the keyboard controls "Ctrl+c" and "Ctrl+v" dont seem to work, any help regarding this context would be great.

Thanks,

Phanindra.
