I made a sample that using ISDatasource to show webgrid data.You can download it and make a database called "Sample",then run the sql script to make the table and initial data.When I load the webgrid.The first layer and second layer data can be shown,but the third layer data can' t be shown.could you tell me how can I solve this problem,thank you
Set following properties of ISDataSource
So that the ISDataSource snippet code will look like the following.

This solution has been tested on my local end and it works. The third layer data can be displayed properly.
