I apologize for the inconvenience and for the late reponse.

Since you use 2013 R1, you should use License Key for WebDesktop v4, you can’t use WebDesktop v3 License Key for WebDesktop v4.

I brought WebUI sevral years ago and the version then was WebUI 2009, now I want to update it to2013R1, I downloaded the newWebUI install package which named "intersoftstudio2013sp1web" from http://dev2.intersoftpt.com
and runed it , the new WebUI was installed successfully. And then, i runed the "License Manager" and entered my license codes andthe status of my Liceses are valid. Butafter I copied the new dll and CommonLibrary Dir into my exist ASP.NET WebSite and updateded the version of WebUI controls in my Web.config, the controls can not work, it says "WebDesktop.NET - Unlicensed version
The system is unable to find the license needed to run this component.

Check lists: * Make sure you entered correct license key (not RuntimeLicenseKey) during Installation. * License key is Case Sensitive."
