This issue comes from our assemblies and I have fixed this issue in version 4. Although, it still need more time when you want to export to pdf format. You can download our hotfix here. And if this issue still persist, please guide me how to replicate this issue in our local end. I will gladly help you to resolve it. Hope this helps.

Regards,
Bernard

WebScheduler 3.0.1000.250 - Slow Export to PDF

I have a client who is unable to export (timeout after 10 minutes) to pdf the week view with 23 resources and 134 appointments. Export to iCal works perfectly (exports in less than 10 seconds). I confirmed the issue in our test environment with different sets of data to confirm this is not a data issue. Other smaller clients are not experiencing this issue. It appears to be an issue with the number of resources and appointments this particular client has in their system.

Is this a known issue? Is there a workaround?
