You license will valid for the control with the same major version. For example: since in the 2010 R1the WebInput control still has a major version of 4, the license key you have for the WebInput 4 control will still be valid.

Using a newer framework will not cause any major issue based on our test, as long as it is still the same major version. WebUI 2009 R2 and 2010 R1 is using WebUI Framework 3.

Hi,

thanks for the information.

I have found that the problem is due to the WebUI framework library. is it possibile to use the webUI Framework related to 2010 R1 and maintain all other libraries version 2009 R2?

Our state is the following:

Our subscription is expired, anyway is our runtime license still valid?

And if we would deploy the 2010 R1 in production environment the our runtime lincense could be valid all the same?

Since the WebInput does not reviece a major version upgrade in the 2010 R1 release, all the WebInput license for the 200 R2 release will also work for the 2010 R1 release.

The WebInput and WebUI Framework build will be available in the update manager shortly. However, if you would like to get the latest build right now, you will need to retrieve the build from the 2010 R1 installation folder.

Hi,

now we can not use the 2010 R1 because our full subscription is expired and we want to maintain the version 2009 R2 that is currently installed on our customer environment, so could you tell me how to receive an hotfix related to our version 2009 R2 sp1.

Since in the 2010 R1 the WebInput and WebUI Framework does not recieve any major version upgrade, the update scenario will be similar with hotfix update.

Since our update server have not been updated with the latest build, currently you must install WebUI Studio 2010 R1 to retrieve the latest build.

Hi,

we have tired using the library included on version 2010 R1 and it works fine, instead with the library included in 2009R2 Sp1 last update we have the error, this means that in our version there is the bug, so we would have a patch to fix this bug in our version now we can not install the version 2010 directly to our customer environment.

Hi,

we are using the version 2009 R2 Sp1 last update

The WebUI Framework is version 3 build 753 and WebInput is version 4 and build 4.

On our customer environment in production now we can not update directly to new version 2010 R1, because we need to plan the migration activity, now we have this bug in production environment.

Could you provide us a bug fix on our current version?

I have run our provided WebScheduler sample in Windows Server 2008 64 bit environment, however the sample runs without any issue. With the release of WebUI Studio 2010 R1, WebInput 4 and WebUI Framework 3 has been updated to build 5 and 755 respectively.

You could retrieve the latest build by installing our WebUI Studio 2010 R1 release and retrieve the new assembly from the installation folder.

we tried to use another component anyway we need this component and we found the same problem also on WebScheduler, our test server is win server 2008 R2.
Could you send us your libraries used on your test server?
