Hello Frank,

I think I found out the issue. The difference with Piere sample is, you did not use MasterPage.
I tested that it does not work if the page is not using Masterpage.
Please confirm if you also have the similar situation.
I will report this to our developer teams.
For next time, please help us by sending your simple sample that replicates the issue.
With this way, we can save more times in figuring out what caused your issue.

Hello Frank,

The printscreen would not help much because you would need to ensure that you use the latest hotfixes. All hotfixes should be applied into your project bin folder. Please remember that you do not only need ISNet.WebUI.WebGrid.dll, but you also need ISNet.WebUI.WebGrid.Resources.dll. Both of them must to have the same build version. Please recheck the build version one by one. (Right click the file>>properties>>Version).

Hi Handy,

I finally figured it out. It was the GAC on my computer which had the latest DLL and not my Bin folder.

I haver removed the assembly in the GAC and placed it in my Bin folder.

I copied all those DLL's to my deployment environment and the issue is now solved.

Hello Piere,

If it works fine in development, then it should also work fine in deployment server.
Please remove all your project bin folder in your deployment and re-copy again from development server.
Maybe there is something that you missed.
Also, please let me know your deployment environment server details.

Hi Handy,

I am not sure what you mean by 'you should not install our product'.

We have a valid runtime licence for ISNet.WebUI.WebGrid.v7_0_7200 which is already installed on our production web server.

I used the Deployment information in the above link but I still have the same problem.

When I use the Update Manager it tells me the latest WebGrid version is 7.07.7200.403.

The Webgrid fix you provided is version 7.07.7200.406.

I have the same assemblies on my computer as in the deployment server. The fix works fine on my computer when I use it as a Web server but not on the deployment web server.

Should something be included in the GAC on the deployment server?

What should I look for to make it work on the deployment server ?

Is it deployment or development?

Yes, it is true that in deployment server, you should not install our product.
You only need to copy your project and insert runtime license key in order to deploy.
Please ensure you have used the latest assemblies in your project bin folder for the best result.

Piere has tested the hotfix and can run it well.
Perhaps, you have some scenario or sample that still can persist the issue.
So, I suggest you to let send us a simple working sample that replicates this issue.
With this way, we can investigate your issue.

After updating WebGrid 7.0 and WebUI to the latest dll's, our dynamically generated grid was not updating correctly. We finally discovered the last line change was cancelled when clicking on the status bar OR the scroll bar.

i have temporarely reverted to the previous version WebGrid.dll 7.0.7200.304 and Isnet WebbUI 3.0.5000.400.

Is this bug been identified?
