This is happening for all the controls. I ran the registry fix, applied the licenses with an internet connection and received a "valid" response. I have downloaded the product from the website, not the trial and reinstalled. Still no luck.

There are some possibilities that may cause design-time licensing process fails.

Incorrect design-time license key

Every Intersoft’s controls come with two different license key, design-time license key and runtime license key. Design-time license key (or just license key) is used in development environment to change the trial suite into full-licensed. Runtime license key is used in production server or deployment environment.

Please make sure you have entered a valid design-time license key (not the runtime license key) when installing Intersoft’s product and use all caps for that because it is case-sensitive.

Typo, it is unlikely that the licensing process fails because there is typo in the design-time license key. We suggest you copy the design-time license key from your Intersoft Developer Network account and paste it into the Intersoft License Manager application in order to avoid typo.

Enter design-time license key to another version of the control, licensing process may fail if design-time license key of WebGrid 6 is entered into WebGrid 7. Please ensure that the design-time license key and the product version is correct.

Internet connection

Licensing process requires internet connection. Please make sure that the development machine is connected to the internet before initiate licensing process. If the machine connects to internet through proxy server, please ensure that the “Proxy Settings” in Intersoft License Manager Application has been set to proper setting.

64-bit Operating System

If the development machine uses 64-bit operating system, you will need to use ISRegx64 application (Intersoft x64 Registry Fix). This tool will process only Intersoft-spesific registry node.

Other factor

There are other factors that may lead licensing process to fail. The factors can determined if we have sufficient information about the specific scenario.

If this doesn’t help, please inform us detail information about your development machine and the issue (like the operating system version; the version of Intersoft suite – is it Intersoft WebUI Studio 2009 R1 or Intersoft WebUI Studio 2009 R2; does the licensing process fail on specific control, for example: only WebGrid or WebCombo? Or is it fails on all controls?; etc).

I previouosly installed the software as a trial and ended up purchasing the entire studio. I have entered my license information into the License Manager and the trial license stilll appears. I have completly uninstalled the software, reinstalled, and then entered the licensing information back in. I have also created a new project in VS Studio 2008 but still no luck.

Any ideas?
