Slider paging text not appearing

I'm new to web development and obviously to WebGrid.
I've added a SQLDataSource which uses a SQL statement to get data. The paramters are on the webpage in hidden fields. The WebGrid using ClientBinging and I'm using ClassicPaging and I am using the slider. The retrievals work but the text that tells you 'Page x of y' does not appear and I don't know why. I've tried many things but have not been sucessful with this. Can anyone help?

I created a simple sample based on the above information and was unable to repro the “disappearing ‘Page x of y’ text in slider classic paging feature”. I enclosed the sample file that I used to test the scenario as attachment. I uses Northwind.mdf file as the data source. The file is available in WebGridSamples project.

Please try to run the sample on your end and let us know whether it works or not. You may make any necessary changes to the sample file so that it replicates the issue and then have the sample send back to us for further investigation.

For you information, I uses the latest build official hotfix of WebGrid.NET 7.0 (build 402) and WebUI.NET Framework 3.0 (build 752).

Also, in our VisualStudio project, we don't have a bin directory. We are using references directly to the dll.

I assume that your project is WebApplication project (not WebSite project). There is no problem whether using WebApplication or WebSite. You can update the references folder with the latest build of Intersoft’s control applied in your development machine.

I just noticed that when I allow filtering, none of the text that should appear in the filter popup menu (equals, not equals, etc.) All text is blank.
I just noticed on the Output tab in Visual Studio, I'm receiving the following:

A first chance exception of type 'System.Threading.ThreadAbortException' occurred in mscorlib.dll

An exception of type 'System.Threading.ThreadAbortException' occurred in mscorlib.dll but was not handled in user code

I was also unable to repro the issue using the attached sample file. Please try to run the attached sample file on your end and let me know whether it helps or not.
