Hello,

Perhaps you could you use WebFlyPostBackManager, to achieve this scenario.
I made a simple WebGrid sample to save and load table structure to/from XML file.
I use ASP.NET button control to save and load the table structure.
I also add WebFlyPostBackManager to the page, so there will be no full post back occurs when I try to click the button control.

Please kindly have review on my sample to see the result.

could you give me an example how to save the tablestructure after resizing a column?

At the moment we attached a JS-Function to OnColumnResize event. This function clicks a hidden dummybutton which saves the tablestructure to the db (in code behind).

I think there is a better way to do that, isn´t it?

No, there isn’t javascript function for save table structure like in server side, due to limitation from ASP.NET itself.

Hello Community,

is there a JS-Function returning the same as SaveTablesStructure in code behind? I have to save the tablestructure after resizing columns without any postback. I implemented a webservice which saves the strucutre in DB.
