The secreenshot we are asking is the screenshot when the error occurs, this way we could determine on which line or on which function or property does the error occurs.

The dump file you attach is the ophuscated intersoft javascript. We could not determine the error without knowing on which function or property that caused the issue.

Regarding the difference between the file version and assembly version in the DLL our file also reported the same information as yours. You are already using the latest build of WebUI Framework. Please also make sure you already use the latest WebGrid 7 build, build 401 (ISNet.WebUI.WebGrid.dll and ISNet.WebUI.WebGrid.Resources.dll)

The "screenshot" was included in the previous email. Since this particular screen is deep within an iframe and masterpage and its data comes from several data sources, a working example would not be possible. But as this dump seems to be exactly as the problem listed

I was first hoping to verify the libraries were correct from the update.

We have updated our libraries using the “Update Manager” by using the “Scan for Updates”.

There seems to be an inconsistency between file version and assembly version for the (WebUI Framewok 3 build 750). While the “Update Manager” show version 3.0.5000.751. The actual dll(s) have a file version of 3.0.5000.751, but an assembly version of only 3.0.5000.400.

In any case, I still receive the “MaxObfuscate(tm)” javascript message which I’ve included in the text file attached. I’ve also included a directly listing of my bin directory from my development site and the Intersoft directory. If my dll(s) are still out of synch , can you tell me exactly which files I need to get or send me them?

Could you provide us with the screenshot of the error or even a running sample, if the sample is not possible perhaps you could give us steps to reproduce the issue so we could recreate the issue in our environment.

The text dump is the ophuscated javascript that used by our component. Based on the generated date of the javascript, 8/7/2009, it indicate that you are still older version of our resources.

If you are using WebGrid 7 build 400 please use WebUI Framewok 3 build 750 and make sure you already update your WebGrid resources. In order to update the WebUI Framework please copy these files to your project bin folder:
- ISNet.dll
- ISNet.WebUI.dll
- ISNet.WebUI.Resources.dll (If you are using SmartWebResources)

If you are not using SmartWebResources you will need to copy the latest WebUI Framework & WebGrid javascript to your CommonLibrary virtual directory folder.

I am using WebGrid version : 7.0.7200.400, but I still get the prototype error listed in IsRes.txt below and stated as fixed in pid=144 whenever I attempt to do an AcceptAllChanges from a grid using BatchUpdate. The array prototype is contained in a js file included on a masterpage which is used by all our web pages.

Note : The difference in this screen from our others is that it has 3 grids, one of which is from a usercontrol. The screen also has other server controls : inputs, labels, etc. The other screens have only a single grid.

F.Y.I.: All grids and method server and client are uniquely names by grid ID
