Intersoft on IE 11 doesnt work

Please ensure that you have used HTML5 doctype and set RenderingMode property (of Intersoft Solutions control) to HTML5. This configuration will download IE11.js.

Note: you need to apply the latest build version of the control (for example: WebDesktop; or WebGrid; etc) and WebUI.NET Framework 3.0.

i have a question.

your application downloaded "IE11.js" file. But my application not downloaded.

i think it's caouse of error. what do i need to fix it?

Hello,

I think you missunderstood what Yudi point. The demo shows error because incorrect configuration for HTML5. The iframe itself still load HTML4 doctype page. After changed and configured it well in HTML5 doctype for its iframe, everything works without error. We will update the fix in our sample in our next release. There is nothing we fix in our control regarding your report.

For proof, try to right click and choose view source in the webdesktop window iframe. You can see that the aspx itself still set HTML4, which is incorrect.

The problem shown in your screenshot can be rectified by changing the doctype of the sampe with html5 doctype.

I created a simple sample of WebMenuBar and view the sample in IE 11 browser without getting any JS exception (as shown in WebMenuBarOnIE11.png). I uploaded my test page in SkyDrive, http://sdrv.ms/1c8Lv0c. Please have the page evaluated on your end and feel free let us know if you have different result.

For your information, I’m using WebDesktop 4 build 10 and WebUI.NET Framework build 910.

2013 R1 SP1 not support IE 11 for WebMenuBar !!!

You're still using attachEvent and createStyleSheet.

I tested it on IE 11 on Windows 8.1

Get an error in ISRes.axd line 117:

var v1ce76 =v52819.createNSResolver(this.nodeType ==9 ? this.documentElement : this);

The object doesn't support the property or method "createNSResolver"

(btw, if you go to http://www.intersoftpt.com/ and open F12 debugger, I see the same error message)

It appears that none of the controls work on IE 11, and it is now widely released.

What do we need to do to resolve this, and when do you expect this fixed with a release?

Dont tell us its our fault, because it works on IE 10, and firefox, and Chrome, just not IE 11.
