But maybe you missunderstood about my previous reply. The same issue has been occured  with IIS installed. The error would be occured because it could not acces into your CommonLibrary (virtual directory with IIS). This has been fixed.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;If you does not install IIS, of course you would get the error because all our component designer need to be connected into CommonLibrary ( has been set as virtual directory). That's why you still need to install IIS.&lt;/p&gt;

Are you sure it is localhost? The project also could be FileSystem when running directly from pc.
