WebListBox Selected Item Error

I have a weblistbox connected to a sqldatasource; it loads perfectly. When the page loads it sets the selected.index =0

            Me.WebListBox1.SelectedIndex = 0
            Session.Item("ProjectID") = 25
           
        End If
    End Sub

The selected Index changed code is

WebEssentials dll error

I have this error to deploy project please who is help me thank for your help
"Could not load file or assembly 'ISNet.WebUI.WebEssentials' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified"
