Problem-Multiple versions of webgrid on the same server

Hello - We recently upgraded one application to webgrid version 8.x and loaded it to a test server. When that occurred other applications that still use webgrid 3.5 stopped working. It appears that SmartWebResources updated the dll's in the bin folders of other applications on that same server. This occurred event the the web.config of the other applications specify to use the webgrid 3.5 version and have a different run time license key. Please recommend a way to limit the upgrade to a single application.

Currently we have this code in our web.config file:

I couldn't find any documentation for these settings. Some of them might be even old and no longer needed. We use WebGrid version 6.0.7200.220, Intersoft framework version 3.0.5000.771 and are using SmartWebResources. Especially the CacheDuration key would be interesting, as we don't want to use caching at all. Are all keys needed, or can some be deleted? Is anything missing?

Is there any documentation for this (and each value)? If not, can you provide one?

Cannot enable SmartwebResources

I get the following error when I try to access a WebGrid in Visual studio 2005.

SmartWebResources feature is currently disabled. Please enable SmartWebResources in order to develop web application in file system mode. To enable SmartWebResources, right click on any Intersoft's control in the designer and click 'Register SmartWebResources'. For more information about SmartWebResources, please refer to WebGrid.NET Enterprise Documentation.

I did as descripted above but I get the message 'Access denied' from Visual Studio.

I have no problem when I click on the Licence Manager or WebGrid Designer.

Where does this Access denied come from?

SmartWebResources run my application, but the problem is when I publish the application on a server other than localhost I get the following error (attach file). the server is Windows Server 2003 Standard Edition SP2. to do any special configuration in IIS or Intersoft be installed on the server to use it
