Webgrid 10 upgrade

We are trying to upgrade to Webgrid 10 version, and need support from the Intersoft team. Please let me know if you have any references.

WebUi jquery version

I get errors that maybe related to the jquery version (my guess)

I tried to find what version is compatible for this product but I didn't find it.

What version I need ?

Is file IEMozBridge.js still required or is it a legacy file that may be deprecated/removed

hello,

isnetweb ui is loading the file IEMozBridge.js to support old and deprecated versions of IE and FF.

For example the file loads function document.createStyleSheet.

Official documentation states that the method was removed long time ago: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/previous-versions/windows/internet-explorer/ie-developer/dev-guides/bg182625(v=vs.85)#legacy-api-additions-changes-and-removals

Meaning that any other browser (except for IE) is not supposed to have such method at all.

and our web site doesn't support IE but Chrome,

Missing License manager

Hello,

License manager is missing. Should be located at path \Intersoft Solutions\WebUI Studio for ASP.NET\WebUI.NET Framework 3.0\LicenseManager\ISNet.WebUI.LicenseManager.exe. , but the folder is empty ...

I even have the shortcuts to it in start menu (must've been created automatically at installation) which is ofcourse not working, because License manager simply doesn't exist.

What can I do? Where do I get the License manager?

Cannot Drag Child WebDialogBox outside of Parent WebDialogBox

I have an application where I use WebDialogBoxe objects for my page content as well as for displaying info and error messages.

I have noticed that when I open a child WebDialogBox inside of a parent WebDialogBox, the child box cannot be dragged outside of the parent.

Is there a programming reason for this or have I just missing a property setting?

Web grid rid Rows Editing Error in Edge Browser

Hi Team,

We are using Intersoft liabraries in our project but if running in edge and chrome browser getting error in grid rows editing.

ISNet.WebUI.WebGrid.Resources.dll (Build 9.0.7200.2). I have attached the screen shots of error and other refrence files. We need immediate help as our customers are waiting for application to run in edge browser.

Hi There,

I'm trying to connect to my account, which I was able. But I cannot find my license anymore, or my products to download it saying: Make sure you have linked your TDN account with your Intersoft ID

Can you please assist? Also, I need to get Intersoft Premier Studio 2016 R1 setup files, and all my previous license. I'm switching to a new development machine.
