I was able to enter the v4 license using the original License Manager.
I had to completely uninstall the previous Crosslight versions and then edit/delete the registry entries.
After the clean install, it worked.

Thanks for your compliment, we hope you enjoyed our new release.

We have recently updated our system again, and it should now correctly show Mobile Studio 2015 in the product download page.

With regards to the Crosslight 4 doesn't appear in the License Manager, make sure you run the License Manager with administrator privelege. If the issue persisted, please report back. Thanks!

Hi Martin,

Thank you for the links. The new licenses are showing now in the account.
One issue, though, is that even if the link say "Mobile Studio 2015 R1 subscription", when I click the downloadbutton I am presented with the "Mobile Studio 2014 R2" options (Web, Full, etc.).
Not sure if this is right or if I should do anything different.

Also, after I installed the Mobile Studio from the links provided, I was not able to add my Crosslight 4 license since it complained that everything is already added, but only up to Crosslight 3.

Congratulations on the new release, looks very impressive and promising!

Yes, you should able to download Crosslight 4 through your account. The installer link should be there. Alternatively, you can download from the link below:
Mobile Studio 2015 Full Setup (Mac)
Mobile Studio 2015 Full Setup (Windows)

We will deliver the new licenses from Crosslight 4 within 2x24 hours after released. You should see your licenses in your account afterwards.

Of course you can download v4, however if you talk about runtime and design time license, it was different per version, except you have subscription to our Crosslight which you will always get new license until your subscription end.

Please however if you have things that you still confused, feel free to asks us

Hi,

If I currently have an active/valid Crosslight license, should I be able to downlaod Crossligthv 4?
Or is the license valid valid only for the version at the moment of purchase?
