UXContextMenu is built upon
UXPopup architecture which means that it will always stay on the top of
other elements in your application. You can display the context menu by right clicking
on the element which was attached to, or through its
IsOpen property. To learn more about the user experience features, see

the statement, in order to display the context menu can be done by right-clicking
on the element which was attached to, or through its IsOpen property instead of
set its Visibility property to Visible.

The converter works with other controls. The UXContenMenu and the UXContentItems do not work with the dependency property. The datacontext is set properly to the correct view model. I have done this many times in my project, but for some reason, these controls don't respond correctly. Any ideas?
