Grid examples pages won't load Client UI Samples Solution

May I know which sample did you find an error like this? Please try to rebuild the project afterwards check the sample again.

Grid examples pages won't load Client UI Samples Solution

I get this error when opeing any of the grid examples taken for the Client UI Samples solution.

Other examples render okay...any advice please.
