Michel,

Les textes peuvents en effet être modifiés, ça fonctionne de la même manière que pour le WebGrid (via la propriété TextSettings du WebTextEditor). Par contre, ce n'est qu'une partie des textes qui peut être modifiés, il y en a plusieurs qui ne sont pas exposés (http://www.intersoftpt.com/Community/WebTextEditor/Many-texts-cannot-be-customized-translated/).

Et le contrôle a aussi plusieurs problèmes avec les version de IE8 et inférieures, s'il est configuré en mode HTML5 plutôt que Quirks.

Please refer to the sample: Toolbar_CustomToolbar.aspx. The live version of this sample is in here.

There are two options to customize the toolbar commands:

Customize the toolbar in InitializeToolbar server side event; or
Specify the commands structure in XML format and specify it as the value of ToolbarSettings > ToolBarXMLFile property. Using this approach, you need to set ToolBarSettings > ToolBarMode property to Custom.

In this sample, try to choose the custom toolbar mode. The custom commands will be loaded according to the selected value. If you choose "Using InitializeToolBar server side event", the ClearFormatting and Quote tool commands are removed, and a new toolbar that contains Emoticon command is added to WebTextEditor. If you choose "Using XML File", a new tool commands structure will be loaded. You can view the XML file in live sample from this link.

How easy will it be to localize the WebTextEditor panels (for the toolbar) to another language? Are the languages hardcoded in the .dll or obfuscated Javascripts?
