This functionality is not supported by default, however you could use the AfterValueChanged client side event to override the value to the value you desire, using the SetValueData WebInput function.

Attached is the sample I used to replicate the scenario.

Does the WebInput numeric input have any settings to limit the user input to only positive or only negative numbers? I can't seem to find anything in the live samples for the documentation to accomplish this short of using DisplayFormatClientSideEvents and doing the work, i.e., strip the dash for positive-only input and adding the dash for negative-only input. Thanks.
