Have you tried updating your WebGrid 6 to the latest version? Our environment is using WebGrid 6 build 218 and WebUI Framework 3 build 705.

vertical align web grid cell

We are using web gird build 6.0.7200.216. I can still reproduce this. As I said, when the page loads all row cells are aligned to "Top" but modify a row and see that row becomes "center" aligned suddenly.

The sample is using northwind.mdb, in order to simulate the multi row data I inserted <br/> tag in Notes column after .

vertical align web grid cell

Hi,

I need to vertical align all the cell content to "Top". So I am using the code for each WebGridColumn in my grid,

CellStyle.VerticalAlign = ISNet.WebUI.VerticalAlign.Top;

This works as expected (see row 1 of attached Image1) when the web grid is first loaded in the page.

But if the user modifies that row, then that row's cell content are not vertical aligned to "Top" any more. (See the row 1 of attached Image2). Is this a bug?

How do i make sure the cell content is aligned to "Top" all the time?

Thanks
