I find the solution, i insert this code

SortKeyField = "productnumber"

in the webcombo

Hi,
i try to replace but it doesn't work.
The problem is that the cell with the product is a webcombo component, with a product number (ex '0057 00 00 1 ') and a productid (not visible ex "=66666666-6666-6666-6666-00187180828D").
and seem that the sorting was made for the productid ( the key) and not for the product number ( value).

Hi,

I think this issue occurs because of the white-space of the string on your database. HTML will put this as 1 space. For example if you put "Text Text", HTML will render as "Text Text". and the value will change same as Text. For this, I've made my own sample and it's sorting in correct way. Would you look on my sample and tell me if there's any misconfiguration on my sample?

Hi to all,

i have problem with sorting in WebGrid,

in the database the sorting work correctly but in the Grid the sorting don't work.
