Webgrid databinding causing blank screen

Here is the info:

1. WebGrid version: 8.0.7200.200

2. .NET Framework version: 4.0

3. The problem happens on IE only. I am using IE11. Our project is compatible only on IE so we haven't it tested on any other browsers.

4. Data binding is done using client binding webservice. We define "OnInitializeDataSource="regDataGrid_InitializeDataSource"" on the aspx page and then define regDataGrid_InitializeDataSource on the back end.

Could you please provide more information that might helps to determine the problem, such as:

WebGrid version, for example: 9.0.7200.8.
WebUI.NET Framework 3.0 version, for example: 3.0.5000.916.
Does the problem happen on specific browser? If yes, please let us know about the browser version. For example: Google Chrome 48.
Information about how data is bind to WebGrid. For example: binding data to WebGrid using client-binding WebService; or binding data to WebGrid using SQLDataSource control.

Hey,

I have a page where there is only 1 webgrid. When the page loads I get a blank white screen. This only happens sometimes, but when it happens the logs show the following exception:
