Thank you for the sent video. I was able to reproduce the problem after carefully following the steps shown in the video.

This problem has been forwarded to WebGrid development team to be investigated further. The report has been filed under ASPNET-410.

I will keep you informed with any news I heard from the team related to ASPNET-410.

This even happens in the Intersoft WebGrid example.

Start the investigation by using the same WebGrid live sample rendered on Chrome browser (Version 55.0.2883.87 m). Following steps are performed during the test:

Open Chrome browser and navigate to WebGrid live sample.
Adding a new record in a grid. Fills "2555" into the CompanyName cell of new row.
Move to the right most cell (the Phone cell) then press Tab key to trigger row validation.
Validation fails.
Move mouse over WebGrid column headers.

The reported problem doesn't persist. Please find the video which shows the test in the attachment (WebGridHeadersAreFloatingAlongWithMouse.zip).

Should you find anything that I might miss during my attempt to reproduce the problem, please feel free to let me know.

Hello Intersoft,

We are using Intersoft Grid Version 9.0.7200.1. When we are adding a new record in a grid and if the validation fails, when we move mouse over grid headers, the grid headers are floating along through mouse in chrome and firefox.

This Even happens in the intersoft webgrid example .

Please find the screen shots of the grids and let us know how to fix this issue.
