Hello Snusha,

I think your last installation box is not saved. Please try to open only one Visual Studio and install the toolbox. After that, please close and open the Visual Studio again.

Hi Handy,

I have other problem with tool box. whenever i close and open my Visual studio webui components will not be there in my Tool box so that i need to install manually . Is there any solution so that once i install manually it should be permanently in my toolbox.

Hi Snusha,

Sometimes, when your Visual Studio crashed, the toolbox would be disappeared. However, you can install the toolbox manually. Please read our documentation about how to install the toolbox manually.

I was using the webui components in my ASP website suddenly in the toolbox the components disappeared. please could any one suggest me what may be the issue. I have attached the screen shot for reference.
