Currently I do not have any workaround to set the current page index in the server side for WebGrid 6.

PersistActualPage

Hi.

I downloaded and installed the last version and latest hotfix 6.0.7200.219 and there is not such a function. The function is SetCurrentPageIndex.

You could try using this server side function in order to accomplish your goal.

PersistActualPage

Hi.

I want to persist the actual page index in a session variable so then the next time the page loads, load the last page viewed.

I´m using classic paging with a ObjectDataSource control.

For example, the first time the page loads shows a total of 10
pages, the user navigates to the 5th, then select a row to perform
actions in other pages, after all the actions in those several pages
the user returns to the original one, and the first page loaded in that
page should be the 5th.

I noticed there is a javascript function WebGrid.GotoPage(), but i want to avoid round trips to the database.

¿How can i accomplish this?
