You can instantly run UpdateManager. It would update the hotfix automatically. After that, please apply the latest assemblies into your project bin folder.

ISNet.WebUI.WebGrid.dll 6.0.7200.5

ISNet.dll 3.0.5000.507

Should we update to the latest build, WebGrid 6 build 219 and WebUI Framework 3 build 753. How to do it?

Do you mind providing us with the WebGrid setting you are using? We will need the WebGrid setting you are using in order to invetigate the issue further.

You could also try updating your WebGrid and Framework to the latest build, WebGrid 6 build 219 and WebUI Framework 3 build 753, if you have not using the latest build to check if the issue has been resolved in the latest build.

Hello InterSoft

We have a problem on production server which we can't reproduce in dev\qa environment.

When grid is left unattended for a long time (ex 1 hour) then user is not able to refresh a grid.

Actually when user click a refresh button it looks like refresh starts on a client but then grid is not repopulated on a server. If user click refresh in a browser then everything starts to work as intended.

Do you suspect any error on our side? What place in a code we should inspect more precisely? Any suggestion will be appreciated. We use gridview v6
