Hi Ca,

1. You will need to add the dll's manually. Please ensure that you have Frameworks dll : ISNet.dll and ISNet.WebUI.dll in your project bins. If you don't, please add it from WebUI Framework bins folder.

2. No, you don't need to install Intersoft products in your server. Please make sure your deployment machine is clean from our producst.

3. You can find the bins in C:\Program Files\Intersoft Solutions\WebUI Studio for ASP.NET.

4. Could you send me any screenshots of the grid's display in development and in deployment level? With the detail information which part is not being displayed perfectly.

5. Intersoft products are compatible with IIS 7.5. However, if you find any error regarding this, please report us.

DLL problem

hi,

This is some very basic doubt i have.

I prepared one project with intersoft solution control, especialy webgrid.

here my problem is , my project is working perfectly in my development system, where I installed the intersoft solution product.

But i am facing error when i upload this project on iis server of other system.

I have done the deployment process meet the key issues.

The error comes something like,

"Unable to create type 'ISWebGrid:WebGrid'. Could not load file assembly "ISNet.WebUI", version=3.0.5000.1, culture=neutral etc.....

Here is my doubts:

1. Do i need to manually copy any of the DLL to my bin directory?

2. Do i need to install intersoft solution package on the server?

3. If need to copy all the needed DLL , then where i get all the needed DLL files?

4. By copy the ISNET.WebUI.dll and ISNet.dll solve the error. But still grid not displaying perfectly as i did in the development system.

5. Is there any problem to work the control on iis 7.5 (windoes 7)
