All of WebDesktop.NET users have free access to our online support at www.intersoftpt.com which includes latest product updates, bug fixes, FAQ, hundreds of Knowledge Base Articles.
Standard Email Support
You can also send email to webdesktopsupport@intersoftpt.com for product trouble shooting or bugs. Please provide information on the product version, operating system name and version as well as your development environment and its version. Your email will be answered shortly by our technical support team.
The turnaround time for standard email support is 72 hours (at the latest).
Developer Network Support
The company provides rich web-based forums for registered customers. The forum will not be regularly monitored by our support team, but the main purpose is for our registered customers to exchange their ideas, knowledge and solutions regarding the product.
