Paid Support

Paid support is available on a per contract basis and is designed for enterprise customers who require more extensive support. It is available in two options:

Support is available at the hourly rate of US$100/hr (U.S Time Zone) and US$80/hr (Asia GMT+7 Time Zone)

US time zone: 100/hrs
Asia time zone (GMT+7): 80/hrs
Minimum 10-hour support with 30-minute rounding
1-month-package: 5,000
3-month-package: 12,500
6-month-package: 25,000

Incident-based support is designed for customers working on a project with fewer time constraints. A senior technical engineer will collaborate directly with the customer on a particular issue until the issue is resolved. If the issue is considered and marked as a bug or unresolved, no incident will be deducted.

  • Purchased premium support package is not refundable or upgradable.
  • Upon purchasing the hourly support, customers must determine which time zone they wish to follow prior to running the program. No adjustment can be made after purchase.
