We recieve an "ISControl_InitializeAtlas is not defined" Error on our LogonPage.
I read in another Post that i need to access to the File isres.axd.
We don't have this kind of hierarchical Folders like described.
Thanks Patrick
Hi Patrick,
ISRes.axd is file that contains our resources. The error that you mentioned before might be happen because some our method that project can found inside our resources, can't be founded by your project.
To resolve this issue, please ensure ISNet.dll, ISNet.WebUI.dll, and ISNet.WebUI.Resources.dll has been added inside your project bin folder. If you're making website project please ensure if the CopyLocal property of that assembly has been changed to True. Then, you can put the handlers inside your web.config. I attach web.config sample here. You can put that configuration to your project's web.config. If this matter still happen, please let me know. Hope this helps.
Regards,Bernard
I've checked your web.config and it seems there is nothing wrong with that web.config. Could you send us the screenshot of your project bin folder? Please ensure if your framework and assembly is the latest one. Also, please register our SmartWebResources so your project won't have any missing resources.
I also attach the screenshot of my bin folder. Please notice the product version in the right side of our assembly. Hope this helps.
Good Morning Bernard,
here is our Bin Folder. For me it seems that erverthing is OK.
Any other clue on this problem?
Is this happen on your development machine? If it's true then, as you can see some of our assemblies version doesn't match with other assemblies in the same product. You must also look in GAC, in there maybe there's some assembly that doesn't match with your project and maybe your project reference will see that assembly as it resources.
To resolve this, please update all your assembly in program files and project with the latest assembly from our developer network, then please install the assemblies inside our framework folder to our GAC. But it will be better if reinstall our product with the latest one so in GAC and inside Intersoft Solutions folder will have the same version and latest assembly automatically. After that, you can update the asembbly in your project. Hope this helps.
