See attached for an updated sample that exhibits this behavior. 

Basically, implemented a command that does a .Clear(); and then adds new elements to the collection. Cells update fine, the footers however go blank as initially reported.

Let me know if you need anything else.

Definitely has those properties, in fact I have a UXGridView on the screen that is displaying all of the data from the PagedCollectionView that the UXQueryBuilder is tied to, and it's working without issues.

Thanks Yudi, while I'm glad to get it, the big cheese above me will be even happier. Definitely a pain, still trying to find a version of MS Expression Blend instead of Blend 2012 that I can get working to get around this.

Thanks Yudi, that works for the TreeView. Could you also post up the UXTreeViewItem and/or the ItemContainerStyle so I can work on adjusting those?

Exactly what I was after, I just wasn't finding that property as I searched through everything. Thanks Yudi, putting it into place now.
