Hi Shailendra,

I'd like to inform you that since the release of WebTreeView 2, all supports and hotfixes will be applied only to the latest version. Therefore, I highly recommend you to upgrade your WebTreeView to version 2. I can give you 30% discount for this upgrade in this month.

In case you didn't notice, we have a subscription package called WebUI Studio for ASP.NET subscription. This package includes all controls with ASP.NET based, including WebTreeView. By having subscription, you are entitled to get free upgrade and priority support within 1year. If we release new versions within that year, you will get them for free without any additional cost. Once it gets expired, you simply renew it to continue enjoying these benefits. Our WebUI subscription will cost you $1,499, and I'm happy to provide 30% off in this month, if you are interested. Hence, the final price would be $1,049 and you saved $450. What do you say?

Let me know if you are interested to take this offer.

Thank you.

Regards,
Martin

Hello Micki,

Thanks for reporting your current issue.

For your information, WebUI 2007 R2 was already discontinued years ago and we no longer provide any support on that version. Using WebUI 2007 R2 in your current environment, such as VS 2015 and Windows Server 2012 (64 bit) is not recommended since it was using an outdated technologies. It doesn't even support the latest modern browsers, e.g. IE11, Chrome 49 or higher, Firefox 44 or higher.

We have extremely revamped and modified all ASP.NET products lineup with new features, new UI and new technologies. I recalled that you currently have WebUI for ASP.NET subscription license, which will expire in this upcoming May 2016. I highly recommend you to renew your subscription immediately before it gets expired, and start using the latest WebUI 2016 with its new unified theming.

Thank you.

Hello Laurent,

I believe this inquiry has been answered and resolved through our live chat. I'd like to quote our conversation that has resolved your issue:

For your information, we have two types of license keys, which are design-time license key and runtime license key. Design time license key is used for development purpose, where you register the license through License Manager. Runtime license key is used for deployment purpose where you register using Deployment Manager. You can obtain runtime license key from your account in Intersoft site. Simply go to your licenses tab, and generate the runtime license key accordingly. Please refer to this article for more information about design0time and runtime license key. Thank you.

Hi Thomas,

Thanks for reaching us.

As you may aware, this is basically a limitation from Windows if you are working using Windows. Therefore, it is not a NuGet issue.

Thank you.

Hi Christian,

You need to have WebDesktop license to retrieve the latest patch of this control. Alternatively, you can try to download our latest installer from our site to get the latest WebDesktop. In order to receive the patch or hotfix regularly, you are required to purchase WebDesktop license or you can upgrade to WebUI Studio for ASP.NET subscription license.

Let me know if you have any quetsions.

Cheers.

Hi Dave,

Yes, but you can always download our web installer. It allows you to customize which products that you're going to install. Therefore, you don't have to download the full installer.

Of course, we're preparing our controls to be fully integrated in VS2012. Just keep update with our latest news and release.

Regards,

Martin

Hi David,

The features support for Win8, VS2012 and IE10 will be included in the upcoming WebUI Studio 2012 R1 SP1. Therefore, we will update the setup installer instead of releasing hotfix updates in the middle of September 2012.

However, I haven't heard any news from you since last June 2012. Could you kindly response to the email that I sent regarding your current status?

Thanks.

Regards,

Martin

Hello,

Actually it depends on the IIS version that you are currently using. But I believe the IIS version should be version 7.0.

Please refer to the following article in here to get solution on this issue, or you can refer to this article in our support site.

I hope this helps. Thank you and have a nice day.

Hello John,

WebInput fully support XHTML DocType. However, there might be a regression bug in the current WebInput.

I've just reported this issue to the developer team for further investigation. I will let you know when the issue has been fixed.

Thank you for your report and have a nice day.

Regards,
Martin
