XAML refresh speed

This solved my issue. One little note however : there is no Silverlight key underneath the [Installed Version], instead there are 2 keys : Silverlight 3 & Silverlight 4.

After adding the key Silverlight and the string value "LoadDesignerExt" it worked as expected.

Dear,

 

I'm having the same issue with the new release of ClientUI (v5).

It takes sometimes between 20 to 40 secs to refresh the designer in Silverlight.

Is there a work-around or setting that can be changed to solve this ?

Maybe it's a little bit early, because ClientUI 2010 R1 has not been released yet. But could you give us an indication of the planned release date for R2 ?

Using DataPresenter along with ClientUI MVVM framework

I fully agree,

A very common scenario that we use is a form consisting of a header panel where one can enter search criteria and underneath a datagrid (e.g. DataPresenter) with the results of the query according the search criteria.
After performing the query, the user can execute CRUD actions on the items in the result grid.

Is it possible to create a sample with all the ClientUI goodies like focus management, Commanding, MVVM, and so on ?

Thanks for the quick reply.
If I understand you correctly, does it mean that the controls without UX-prefix do not fully
comply to the MVVM 'principles', Routed events, Focus Management, Default focus ... 
as shown in the demo and the blog -entry from Jimmy :

ClientUI Part 3 – Comprehensive MVVM Framework for Silverlight Development

I think for instance at the ListPresenter Control.


On a side note : Can this forum also used to report bugs for the ClientUI2010 RC ?
