Hide Node Issue

I have solved The problem.

When Loading the page,I want to Hide some nodes of WebTreeView1.But When I call the way:

WebTreeView1.Nodes[0].Visible=false;
it does not work.
Look at the picture below:

If I want to hide the node "Microsoft"、"YaHoo".
How should I do?Could you tell a client way and server side way to Hide the two nodes?
