They are: CarRental.aspx (EditingUrl is set to EditingForm_CarRental.aspx); EventOrganizer.aspx and OverwriteChangesSupport_Extensibility.aspx (EditingUrl is set to EditingForm_Extended.aspx).

We also have an article in our blog that shows how to have a custom editing form uses ASP.Net standard control. For more detail information, please check following link, http://intersoftpt.wordpress.com/2008/05/08/use-custom-editing-form-in-webschedulernet/. A running simple sample also available inside the article.

Hope this helps.

Custom Editing Form

Gentlemen,

I have spent 4 days trying to figure out how to integrate a custom editing form using the same controls found on a standard editing form. I have read every blog post, technical article, white paper, blog posts and looked at all examples.

To begin, I would like to just simply add the start date or start time, or resource dropdown or any ONE single object into a fresh aspx form and have the webscheduler load the data during the add or edit process. I have set my url property on the webscheduler control and tried every client side event as read above. All I receive are errors of object expected, jscript errors and etc.

Can you please give me the step by step procedure to simply add one control to a custom editing form that loads the data from an add/edit process on the webscheduler control?

- Steps completed so far:

1). Created empty editform.aspx page

2). set webscheduler editpageurl to ~/Pages/editform.aspx

3). copied startdate object from standard editing form to new fresh editform.aspx page

whate are next steps?

Thanks!!!
