Hello Martin,

Thanks for the response.
However I double checked the keys.
Morover I copy/pasted the project from our production server, including the web.config.

On both systems (Live+Test) we don't have any Intersoft Software installed.
It works in Live, but doesn't in our testing enviroment. (Trial message)

Maybe it helps if I could send you our web.config via email?

Hello Wolfgang,

When you use SmartWebResources, you simply need to copy the entire project to the deployment server.

Yes, you are correct. Runtime license key has unlimited usage on deployment, whereas Design-time has limited usage based on Developer.

When you get trial message, there are some things you need to notice.

First, you need to ensure that you have use correct Runtime license key, not design-time license key.

Second, you need to ensure that there is no white/blank space in the end of Runtime license key during inputting in Deployment Manager.

Good day,

We are currently setting up a new test enviroment for our website without any developing on this machine.
I thought it was sufficent to only copy the files to the new IIS directory? (without installing intersoft studio)
Even though we use the same RunTime keys as on our other system, we get the trial message.

RunTime License -> Deploying (unlimited)
License keys -> Developing (limited)
Is this correct?

The only thing I can think of is that we use a newer IIS and .NET Version.
Maybe I'm missing something?
