Hi Handy and Yudi,

I have problem in deploying my project so please any one of you suggest me how to proceed with it

i added the runtime key liecense to my local system and sent the whole website for the deployment including the assemblies (*.resources.dll) which will be added to the project's bin folder when we register the SmartWebResources but the problem is my Requestor after copying the whole website and try running the project he is getting a blank page.....

but i am not having a problem in my local system and i dont have access to the server to check it so please let me know what do i need to suggest him.

i doubt whether sending the assemblies has caused this probelm please let me soon its the urgent requirement.

Please try to check the email that you used to buy the product.

whether we will get the intersoft developers id and password while purchasing the software or... bcoz i dont have any id and password to login...

Hello Snusha,

When running deployment manager from development server, it should recognize what components that you used in your project. You can fill the RunTime license key in each product.
After that, when you clicked next, it should show dialog which looks like your screenshot.
To simple deploy, you can just ignore those tabs and simply click apply then close.
It should add Runtime license key into your web.config.

I assume that you are about to deploy your project to the deployment server of your client. You need to ensure that the deployment environment has met following requirements.

It is not allowed to install any of Intersoft’s product in deployment server. Please remove/uninstall Intersoft’s product from the deployment server.
Deployment server should not have any of Intersoft’s registries. Please remove any of Intersoft’s registries from the deployment server.
The GAC of deployment server should be clean from any of Intersoft’s assemblies. Please remove/uninstall Intersoft’s assemblies from the GAC of the deployment server.

From the attached screenshot in your previous post, I suspect that Intersoft’s product is installed in the deployment server.

But sorry i am not clear of adding the RunTime License key. please please provide me the steps to add runtime license key in detail .... especially i am not clear in the step which i have attached in the screen shot.

Hello Snusha,

Before sending the files to your client, please ensure you insert RunTime License key via Deployment Manager.
Please pay attention that RunTime License key is not the same with License key that you used to register the product via License Manager.
To obtain your RunTime License key, please login into developer network>>My Components.
FYI, you don't need to install the product into your client machine since it is deployment.

Hi All,

I have question regarding the usage of webui software. i have lience version for the usage of webui components in my system and its working fine i use it locally. but i had send the files(which has webui components) to my client for the deployment but he facing the error has in screen shot attached. i have question whether my client need to install the webui liecense version software to his system or any thing else do i need to do from my end please suggest i am bit confused.
